This is a Campbell Scale Models 398 HO The Doctor’s Office Building Kit.
The Office living quarters is a combination of stone side and back walls, with false front and garage added and built of horizontal lap siding. The Office is roofed with Profile Shingles and the garage with corrugated metal. The turn of the century carpentry added many trim items, corbels, railings and moldings giving the building character of its own. Its size is about 3-5/8 x 5 x 4-1/4 inches tall. This craftsman kit consists of scale lumber (sugar pine) and is ready for paint and weatherizing. Complete instructions, drawings, and templates are included.
