This is Busch 43011 Toyota Land Cruiser/Trlr. Emergency Toyota Land Cruiser with Airstream Hospital. Indispensable in military areas of operation – a specially equipped mobile health clinic. The Airstream is an important helper in all situations, not only for camping trips in idyllic landscapes. This model has been used for example in areas of military use for the initial treatment. Before, the windows in the front and rear side have large white signs affixed with a red cross, which were removed from further trips or other use. Among other things, we put such a caravan as a quarantine quarters for the returning astronauts from space.
