Here’s a crop that’ll be at home on any layout in any era! Grain is grown in every region, and is the reason why many railroad lines were built. Now adding realistic grain fields to your railroad is easier than ever! These wheat stems feature fine leaves and thickened heads that simulate a variety of grains. Approximately 50 plants are attached to each strip, so that planting a large field is easy. Golden colored to represent crops near harvest, these wheat fields are also ideal for use as as dry grass along railway embankments, walls, fences, etc. Each package includes about 15 square inches, 100 square centimeters, of wheat field equal to over 4000 3/8 1cm-high plants!
