This is Northeastern Scale Models 10109 Sam Cahoon’s Fish Pier kit. The second kit in the Signature Series, an original model built by Dave Frary. Sam Cahoon’s is modeled after a 1920’s photo, typical of buildings found on a New England waterfront. These buildings served several purposes: ice house, wholesale and retail fish dealer, and storage for gill nets. Definitely one of our more unique models, offering a challenge for the serious modeler.
