This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. The wheels show signs of wear. The prior owner replaced the horn hook couplers with knuckle couplers. The locomotive is nonfunctional. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. Please see my pictures for additional features. Overall condition is Like New.
