This is a Miller Engineering 880901 HO/O Scales Kodak Animated Neon Rooftop Billboard – Light Works USA Large for HO & O Scales – 4-1/2 x 3-3/8 11.4 x 8.6cm. The film roll, like on our Lifesaver sign, is actually a half tube that is mounted on the face of the billboard. This gives the billboard a whole new look that is quite amazing.The kit comes with a rather extensive set of peel and stick overlays including quite a few names for customization. Or you can make your own and the instructions tell you how. Only the design. Great addition to your layout or a diorama.Dimensions: approx. 4.5 high x 3.4 wide.
