This is a Miller Engineering 3980RL HO/O Scales Animated Neon Billboard State Wide Equipment Sales Bulldozer – Kit Combo Set: 1 Each Left & Right w/Laser-Cut Spacer 4-1/4 x 2-3/4. Based on a sign from North Carolina, which is still standing today but not operational. Sadly it is in rather poor condition. Great addition to your layout or a diorama. Combo kit includes both right and left version plus a free laser cut spacer to mount the signs back-to-back. Dimensions: 2.75 high x 4.2 wide Kit includes: Electroluminescence sign lamp Power supply (requires 3 AAA batteries – not included) Sign supports Complete instructions Runs on 3 AAA batteries, or 4.5v DC AC wall adapter power supply, or AD/DC power converter (sold separately).
